On March 24, 2020, the Fort Bend County Judge issued a Stay-At-Home order for all of Fort Bend County effective until April 3, 2020. The order can be viewed here.
This order includes an exemption for essential government functions—which includes Lamar CISD. This means that much of the work of Lamar CISD is essential and will continue while the Stay-At-Home order is in place.
